爱乐青少年交响乐团是业内公认的具有广泛影响力的高水平青少年交响乐团。2018年由中国爱乐乐团与北京爱乐佳合教育科技有限公司共同创办，创始人翟佳担任团长, 首任艺术总监夏小汤（中国爱乐乐团常任指挥、副团长，中央音乐学院指挥系教授，中国青年交响乐团首席指挥），现任艺术总监焦飞虎（中国青年指挥家、钢琴家；施坦威荣誉教师；莫斯科国立交响乐团特邀指挥）。爱乐青少年交响乐团导师由中国爱乐乐团各声部首席和资深音乐家们担任。
Philharmonic Youth Orchestra is recognized as a high-level youth symphony orchestra with wide influence in the industry, co-founded by the China Philharmonic Orchestra and Beijing Aiyuejiahe Education Technology Ltd. in 2018. Under the leadership of founder Zhai Jia, the orchestra's team includes the first Artistic Director Xia Xiaotang (permanent conductor and deputy director of the China Philharmonic Orchestra, professor at the Conducting Department of the Central Conservatory of Music, and chief conductor of the China Youth Symphony Orchestra), and the current Artistic Director Jiao Feihu (a young Chinese conductor and pianist, honorary faculty member of Steinway & Sons, and special guest conductor of the Moscow State Symphony Orchestra). All teachers and conductors are members of the China Philharmonic Orchestra.
乐团面向8-18周岁的在校学生，学生来自北京各类型学校，包括人大附中、北师大附中、八中、三十五中、二中、北大附属实验学校、史家小学、育翔小学、中关村三小、农科院附小、北京鼎石学校、清华附中、北京市德威国际学校、ISB北京顺义国际学校、北京市正泽学校、北京明诚学校等等。团员们多为学校乐团骨干、及学生优秀代表。历届团员升学考入牛津大学、约翰霍普金斯大学、斯坦福大学、杜克大学、首都师范大学、中国人民大学、复旦大学、中国传媒大学、中央音乐学院、上海音乐学院、西安音乐学院、星海音乐学院、中国音乐学院、伯克利音乐学院、柯蒂斯音乐学院、茱莉亚音乐学院、新英格兰音乐学院、德国汉斯艾斯勒音乐学院、曼哈顿音乐学院等等。
The orchestra is open to students aged 8-18, who come from all kinds of schools in Beijing, includingThe High School Affiliated to Renmin University of China, The High School Affiliated to Beijing Normal University, No. 8 High School, No. 35 High School, No. 2 High School, Peking University Affliated Experimental School, Shijia Primary School, Yuxiang Primary School, Zhongguancun Third Primary School, Elementary School Affiliated to Academy of Agricultural Sciences, Keystone Academy, Tsinghua University High School, Dulwich College Beijing, International School of Beijing, BJZZ School, Beijing Mingcheng School and so on. Members often serve as key figures in their school orchestras and are outstanding student representatives. Alumni have been accepted into prestigious institutions including Stanford University, Brown University, Oxford University, Johns Hopkins University, Northwestern University, Duke University, Capital Normal University, Renmin University of China, Fudan University, Communication University of China, Central Conservatory of Music, Shanghai Conservatory of Music, Xi'an Conservatory of Music, Xinghai Conservatory of Music, China Conservatory of Music, Berklee College of Music, Curtis Institute of Music, The Juilliard School, New England Conservatory, Hans Eisler College of Music, The German Conservatory of Music, and many other schools. 乐团成立五年来，以音乐赋能美好生活为宗旨，以培养青少年美育教育为使命，用音乐传播美好，带动全民素养提高。乐团先后与中国爱乐乐团、中国交响乐团、中国歌剧舞剧院、国家大剧院交响乐团、中央音乐学院、中国音乐学院等国家级乐团和知名音乐学院的音乐家合作过大师课、排练课、演出活动等；并与中央电视台、中山公园音乐堂、国家大剧院、新清华学堂、国图音乐厅、北京金帆音乐厅、北京音乐产业园、中国社会福利基金会、荷风艺术基金会、中国民族文化艺术基金会等知名机构合作。成功举办了多场专场音乐会、音乐公开课及公益演出。
Dedicated to nurturing music-loving youth, the China Philharmonic Youth Orchestra aims to represent the style and excellence of Chinese youth symphonies. It provides professional instruction and various performance opportunities to help young musicians experience the beauty of music both in training and on stage. In its first five years, the orchestra has focused on using music to enhance lives and promote aesthetic education for youth. Collaborations encompass partnerships with the China Philharmonic Orchestra, China National Symphony Orchestra, China National Opera and Dance Drama Theatre, China NCPA Orchestra, Central Conservatory of Music, China Conservatory of Music, and other national orchestras and esteemed conservatories for master classes, rehearsals, performance activities, and more. The orchestra has also worked with CCTV, Forbidden City Concert Hall, National Centre for the Performing Arts, New Tsinghua Xuetang, National Library Arts Center, Goldsail Concert Hall, Beijing Music Industrial Park, China Social Welfare Foundation, Hefeng art foundation, China National Culture and Arts Foundation and other notable organizations. These collaborations have resulted in numerous special concerts, public music lectures, and charity performances.
